The New Year Begins...

As always, the new year comes with continued and perhaps more responsibilities that we have but it is important to take care of them so everything goes smoothly.

When it comes to healthcare, please use the new year to check with your medical insurance regarding....What the new deductible is, has it changed since last year, etc. Other questions to ask- do you have a copay and what is it compared to last year. Also- check your health care policies even if you think it has not changed, sometimes it does without us realizing these things. Also ask about coverage, in network doctors only, etc.

When it comes to needing tests done- do you need referrals from specialists or primary care doctors.

These are valuable questions to ask and components of our coverages that often get overlooked when not checked. Understanding these things can help lead to no hassles or headaches, no pun intended!!!

Of course, concerning testing go through what you need or should have at your age or lot in life that you might have neglected the last few years- it will help and prevent.

Hope you all had a joyous and peaceful holiday season. We wish everyone a happy and healthy new year and see you in the office in 2025!!!
